Baby goat and this sweet baby camel.  You can still see it’s ambilical cord hanging down on the camel.  Their were baby goats everywhere and they were tiny and so sweet.

The Texas State Fair is the Fried Food Capital of the World.  I know, a great thing to be known for, but we did try several things.  Fried Pork Loin, Country Fried Bacon, a Green Goblin (pepper stuffed with gaucamole and chicken and covered with cheese, oh yeah, and deep fried), and a Fried Pecan Pie.  They were all yummy!!!
